Benavora exists to give nonprofit staff back the time that grant administration currently takes from program work.
Benavora builds software for the part of nonprofit work that rarely shows up in a mission statement but consumes a disproportionate amount of staff time: finding funding opportunities, determining eligibility, drafting applications, filling portal forms, and tracking the resulting pipeline. Every hour spent re-typing the same organizational facts into a new portal is an hour not spent on the program work the funding is meant to support.
Benavora's founding organization, Faith Foundation, is the organization whose own grant work shaped the platform's first version. The systems described throughout this site, discovery, eligibility scoring, drafting, portal submission, and pipeline tracking, were built to solve problems that organization experienced directly in its own funding search.
Responsible use of automation is a design constraint here, not an afterthought. Every agent described on the Platform and Agents pages produces information or a draft output, and a named staff member reviews, edits, or approves it before it becomes final. This applies to every organization using the platform, not only to the founding organization. An automated system that submits or communicates under an organization's identity without a human checking it first is not a feature this platform offers, regardless of how much faster it might appear to be.
Benavora is not built around customer logos, testimonials, or case studies, and this site does not include any, because the platform has not yet reached the point of naming external organizations publicly. As that changes, this page will change with it.
