Each agent family has a defined input, a defined output, and a defined point where a staff member reviews or approves what it produced. This page names each family and the control point that governs it.
The Opportunity Discovery agent ingests listings from federal, foundation, and corporate funding sources on a scheduled basis and matches them against a staff-defined search profile. Its output is a feed entry, not a pipeline addition; a staff member decides which matches move forward.
The Funding Intelligence agent reads a notice of funding opportunity and any linked appendices, then checks each stated eligibility criterion against the organization's profile. Its output is a criterion-by-criterion report with the source text attached; the pursue-or-pass decision belongs to staff.
The AI Grant Writer agent retrieves organizational facts and program details from the organization's knowledge base and drafts narrative sections structured to a specific notice's requirements, citing a source for every factual claim. Its output is an editable draft that requires staff review and approval before it can be used anywhere else.
The AutoApply agent maps an approved draft and organization profile to a specific grant portal's field structure, filling what it can and flagging fields that require a judgment call. Its output stops at a review hold; a staff member must approve the completed form before submission occurs.
The Pipeline agent tracks stage, deadlines, and reporting obligations for every opportunity in the pipeline. It does not change a stage or mark a task complete on its own; staff make those updates directly.
The Analytics agent aggregates pipeline history into win rate, time-in-stage, and dollars pursued reports. It reports what happened; interpreting the report and deciding what to change is a staff decision.
